Our Selling Partner gives each buyer the following GUARANTEES in this REO Purchase Agreement:
Guarantee 1: Each property will be worth at most 50% of ARV or we'll swap it out for a new property.
Guarantee 2: Each property will be a medium to light rehab with no lemons.
Guarantee 3: Each property will have a clean and marketable title, free of any liens.

As part of your purchase price our Selling Partner has paid for a BPO which includes pictures of your property and a value assessment (via local comps, Cyberhomes and Zillow, though not considered an official appraisal).
