We are passing along to you the extremely low purchase price for which we have contracted to buy each property.  In fact, that's probably what grabbed your attention to begin with.  Here is how the Tiers are structured.  You may choose which Tier you'd like to purchase based on your particular exit strategy.

No matter which Tier you choose, you will get a property that is 40-50% of ARV
(After Repair Value)

TIER I  Ugly Homes, priced from $13,000 and up.  ARV's from $30,000 to $60,000, smaller square- footage homes, locations in the older parts of town and less desirable neighborhoods. Great for cash flow buyers.


TIER II
 Bad Homes, priced from $28,000 and up.  ARV’s from $60,000 to $100,000.  Better neighborhoods.  Great for fix and flip buyers.


TIER III
 Good Homes, priced from $48,000 and up.  Best neighborhoods.  ARV’s from $100,000 to $150,000.
